The Sceptilite quest is the questline done in order to acquire the Mega stone for Sceptile―the Sceptilite.
Preparations
To make the quest go as smoothly as possible, these preparations should be made:
- A Dive Mask or a Pokémon that knows Dive.
Instructional Walkthrough
To begin the quest, enter the Devon Corporation building in Rustboro City and, in the second floor, speak with Teseo. He explains that his friend is stuck in Route 126 Underwater and asks that you bring either a Treecko, Torchic, Mudkip, or any of their evolutions with you. Obviously, for this quest you want to bring a Treecko.
Now, make your way to Sootopolis City. From Sootopolis, you’ll need to dive out of the city, then head north, then onto a path going west, and finally enter the cave at the end of the path. By doing so, you’ll reach Cursed Keystone Grotto.
