The Legendary Titans quest is one out of many additional, not story related, Legendary Pokémon quests and is the primary way to catch the Mythical Pokémon Registeel, Regice and Regirock.
However, it is worth mentioning Regice was a reward for players who participated in the Christmas event in 2017.
Instructional walkthrough
Accomplishment of the quests requirements
In order to move forward with the Legendary Titans Quest, you need to have access to Trainers Valley, be Hoenn Champion, have 250+ hours of playtime and have the seen data of Registeel, Regice and Regirock registered to your Pokédex.
Seen data of the Titans
In order to get the seen data of each Legendary Titan, you need to visit the following maps and battle them all:
- Registeel: East of Fortree City on Route 120 in the Ancient Tomb
- Regice: Route 105 in the Island Cave
- Regirock: South of Route 111 Desert in the Desert Ruins
Once you have the seen data of each, it’s time to move on to the second part of the quest.
The Monkeys
First off, you need to go to Trainers Valley Cave, which is located south from the Trainers Valley Pokécenter. From there, speak to Apo, who will ask for 3 Elemental monkeys. The reference is towards Panpour, Pansage and Pansear. These 3 Pokémon need to have your OT (caught by yourself) and each of them needs to have 90+ IVs. To find out the best location to hunt these Pokémon, check their respective pages or use the Reborn Bot in the official PRO Discord and use the commands: ^s Panpour, ^s Pansage and ^s Pansear. After showing the 3 monkeys to Apo, you will have to battle him. His team consists of the following:

After beating him, you will now have access to a new map, Monkey Path.
Getting the key
Each Legendary Titan has a respective key that can be acquired in different locations:
- Registeel: East of Fortree City on Route 120 in the Ancient Tomb
- Regice: Route 105 in the Island Cave
- Regirock: South of Route 111 Desert
In each location, there will be a Ruin Maniac. Speak to him and he will ask you to find 3 relics.
-
Registeel Relics
-
Regice Relics
-
Regirock Relics
After finding the 3 relics, speak to the Ruin Maniac again and he will give you the key. However, keep in mind:
- You can change your key by talking to the Ruin Maniac of your desired Regi after finding the relics.
- The key that you choose will determine the Regi that you get.
- You cannot swap after submitting your key to the Golem Guardian.
The Underground Ruins
After acquiring the Key for your desired Titan, talk to the Ruins Keeper, located at the northeast part of Monkey Path. She will not let you in unless you meet all of the requirements. Once you are inside, there will be statues that correspond to specific letters. In order to catch your Regi, you need to spell out a word based on it:
- Registeel: S-T-E-E-L
- Regice: I-C-E
- Regirock: R-O-C-K
There are several statues, which have the following letter options:
- Arceus: E, K
- Cresselia: E, R
- Heatran: L, C
- Shaymin: T, O
- Zapdos: S, I
Afterwards, a Golem Guardian will appear and you will have to give him your key. He will accept the key and then let you enter the Tomb.
- Registeel’s tomb: North-East of the Underground Ruins
- Regice’s tomb: North of the Underground Ruins
- Regirock’s tomb: North-West of the Underground Ruins
-
