Four Island is the fourth island in the Sevii archipelago. Despite being the smallest island, it has a few notable landmarks.

Notable Miscellaneous

Cue Ball

Once you enter the Pokémon Center, a Cue Ball NPC will be blocking Nurse Joy. Upon speaking to him he will steal your travel permit, preventing you from leaving the island.

He will then flee to the backyard of the Daycare. He will give back the permit on the condition that you defeat him in a battle. After defeating him, you are allowed to leave the island again.

Daycare

One of the Daycare centers is located on Four Island. Unlike the rest of the daycares, this one has no egg move tutor. Its only purpose is for the Pokémon Doctor (task system).
