Tohjo Falls is a Kanto cave, which is necessary to traverse in order to cross the adjacent Route 27. The cave is however not very important, aside from Suicune that will be found inside of it after it has fled from Bell Tower.
Notable miscellanies
Earth Power Tutor
A Move Tutor for the move Earth Power is located in the south-west corner of the cave. He will teach the move to any compatible Pokémon for the price of 10,000.
Abandoned Pokémon
An Abandoned Pokémon is located in the north-west corner of Tohjo Falls. Picking up the blue Pokéball will provide the player with a level 30 Crobat.

Suicune
After meeting the Legendary Beast Trio in Bell Tower, all three of the beasts will flee and disperse throughout Johto. Suicune will have fled to Tohjo Falls and will be waiting in the north-east corner of the cave. It will be necessary to bring Waterfall in order to reach Suicune. Suicune will battle the player upon talking to it, giving at the same time its Pokédex seen data.
