Pastoria City ↓ |
|
|
Sinnoh Safari is the Sinnoh Safari Zone, located north of Pastoria City.
There are two different prices for entering the Safari Zone. The Single Use pass costs 5,000, and will allow the player in the Safari for 20 minutes. The 24 Hour pass costs 50,000, however it will allow the player to reenter the Safari as many times as he or she wants to during the next 24 hours. Furthermore, the 24 Hour pass is not limited to the Sinnoh region; buying it also allows entry into the other regional Safari Zones.
Once inside the Sinnoh Safari Zone, it is divided into 6 zones in a 2×3 pattern. The south-west zone, called Zone 1 has a Security Guard in its eastern side that can be spoken to if the player wishes to leave the Safari Zone earlier than the 20 minutes allowed.
The wild Pokémons of each zone are fairly similar. As such, which zone to hunt in depends mostly on which rare Pokémon the player is aiming for.
It is to note that HM07 (Waterfall) can be found in Zone 4, its center-west zone, if the player has not previously picked it up in Cave of Origin. Unlike in Hoenn, Waterfall is mandatory for reaching Sinnoh Victory Road.
Notable miscellanies
Ultra Ball Maniac
The Ultra Ball Maniac is located in the Lobby of the Safari Zone. He will sell large quantities of Ultra Balls at the following discounted prices:
- 300 Ultra Balls for 270,000 (900 per Ultra Ball)
- 600 Ultra Balls for 500,000 (833 per Ultra Ball)
Bullet Seed Tutor
A Move Tutor for the move Bullet Seed is located in the south-east of Safari Zone 2. He will teach the move to any compatible Pokémon for the price of 15,000.
