Resort Area

Resort Area is a Sinnoh town located south of Route 229. Other than a Move Tutor, there isn’t anything to do in this town, making it only a place to heal between the nearby routes.

One particularity of this town is that this is the place where both the lowest and highest level wild pokemons can be encountered, namely Magikarp that ranges from all possible levels.

Skill Swap Tutor

A Move Tutor for the move Skill Swap can be found between the two northmost buildings. He will teach the move to any compatible Pokémon for the price of 15,000.
