Legendary Birds Quest

Some of the needed items for this quest are Electric, Fire, and Ice gems. Articuno requires Ice Gems, Zapdos requires Electric Gems, and Moltres requires Fire Gems. Depending on how many Legendary Birds you have caught, you will need a certain amount of gems. The first bird you catch will need 15 gems, the second bird will need 30, and the last bird will need 100 gems.
Item Recycler
Main article: Lake Cave
The Item Recycler in Lake Cave will accept gems to recycle. Giving 10 at a time will give you a chance at rarer items.
