Nap Town is a Hoenn town and a sub-area of Nap Island, intersecting Nap Shore, Sleeping Path and Route 135. Being the town of Nap Island, it will be the main place for the player to rest and prepare before leaving to other areas of the island.

The town has two quests that can be started there. The first one is Claire’s Lost Pokemon quest, which will carry the player to both extremeties of the island for a Rocky Helmet. The second quest, Raymond’s Remedy quest, will require the player to bring various items that can be found both on the island and outside of it, with its reward being a syncable Munna.

Notable miscellanies

Claire’s Lost Pokemon quest

Claire is located in front of the house next to the Pokemon Center. She will ask the player to go find and bring her back her Jigglypuff. This Jigglypuff will be blocking the cave entrance at Sleeping Path.

The quest will take the player to both Secret Nap Area and Nap Forest. Once it has been completed, the player can talk to Claire, then Stephan to receive the reward: a Rocky Helmet. This also puts an end to the quest.

Raymond’s Remedy quest

When entering the house next to the Pokemon Center, there is a commotion inside of it. Old Lady Simone will explain that Old Man Raymond is the only doctor on the island, yet he has fallen sick. She asks the player to gather ingredients to make a medicine. She will ask for the following, which can all be found within Nap Island:

  • Revival Herb, found in Nap Town in the house on top of the mountain east of the bridge.
  • Zinc, found in Route 49 and Nap Forest.
  • MooMoo Milk, found as an hidden item in the south-eastmost house of Nap Town.
  • Deep Sea Scale, found in Route 135.
  • A Pokémon that knows the move Aromatherapy, which level 43+ Paras in Nap Forest knows.

With all ingredients and the Pokémon in hand, they will thank the player by letting him or her catch their Munna. As it is a wild Pokémon battle, it is recommended to bring a Synchronize Pokémon before attempting to catch it.
