Function
Mega Launcher will boost the power of Aura and Pulse moves, such as Aura Sphere and Dark Pulse, by 50%. Additionally, Heal Pulse will heal the target for 75% of their total HP, rather than the normal 50%. However, Heal Pulse is not coded.
