Kanto Safari Effort Wald is an augmentative area to Kanto‘s Safari Zone in Fuchsia City that is specially tailored for EV-training.

The Ward has two segments—both of which are interchangeably accessible during one’s session therein—and it sectionalizes its huntable spawns by their EV-yield rate; Safari Effort Wald 1 is comprised of Attack-, Speed-, and Special Defense-yield spawns, whereas Safari Effort Wald 2 is comprised of Defense-, HP-, and Special Attack-yield spawns. The EV-specific sections are labeled concordantly on the signposts nearby the grassy areas.

Between the compartmentally EV-yielding spawns and other appurtenances, such as EV-modifying vitamins and berries, it is considered the most conducive environment for EV-training.

It is accessible from the Safari Zone lobby in Fuchsia City for an entry fee of 10,000, or for the discounted price of 2,000 if the player has an active Safari Pass. Each session lasts for 20 minutes.
