Route 28

Route 28 is a Kanto route, which connects Mt. Silver to the Pokémon League Reception Gate. The route will initially be blocked by Police officers, which will leave after the player has completed the Johto Elite Four. Other than leading to Mt. Silver there is however not much interesting in the route itself.

Hyper Voice Tutor

A Move Tutor for the move Hyper Voice can be found in the north-west part of the route. It will be necessary to reenter the route from the north side of Mt. Silver Exterior, as well as to bring Cut. She will teach the move to any compatible Pokémon for the price of 8,000.
