Function
Lightning Rod commandeers the opponent to unmissably (unless it is in the deleveled modes of Dig or Fly) use its Electric damage-dealing move; while the possessor will sustain damage—and disadvantageously so for vulnerable type-defensive damage-modifiers—its Special Attack stat will be upscaled by one stage as a counter effect.
