|Lilycove City - Hoenn|
Lilycove City is a Hoenn city located between Route 121 and Route 124. As it is home to both the region's harbor and Department Store, it is possible to consider it the most important city of the region.
There are many other important-looking buildings such as the Contest Hall and the Museum, however they have now become either featureless or has been blocked. One important location that remains is the Team Aqua Hideout, a cave in the north-east of the city. Completing this area is necessary to unblock the path to Route 124.
As soon as entering Lilycove City, May will be already blocking the way. Unfortunate as the Pokemon Center is right behind and the second closest is all the way back in Fortree City, she will challenge the player once again, with the same team as back in Route 119A, but with one change: she added a Swellow to her team and will lead with it. Her Pokemons are estimated to be level 45.

In the north-east corner of the city is a cave which entrance is on water. Just like in the original games, this is Team Aqua's hideout, and it will be necessary to raid it as part of the story. The hideout will be blocked until Team Magma's hideout has been raided. Completing this area also unblocks the path to Route 124.

Lilycove is home to the harbor where it is possible to travel to other regions, at the condition that the player has completed the Hoenn Elite Four as well as the Elite Four of the region he or she wishes to travel to. The fee will be 5,000, unless the player has an active Transit Pass.

On top of the regional harbors, the option to travel to Leev Town is also given in Lilycove only. Choosing this location will bring the player to its entry area, Leev Town Port. Travelling there is free, however just like other options, it is necessary to have completed the Hoenn Elite Four. It is also necessary to have an active membership.
This island is an extra, optional area aimed for higher level players. Completing its area quest will reward the player with an Old Amber.

There are also no condition to travelling there, the player is given the option as soon as he or she reaches Lilycove City.
Sick Sandslash quest
On a small island east of the city, Hiker Jiwan will ask the player for help. He says he needs a medicine seaweed that grows only at Route 124 Underwater. Of course, it will be necessary to bring Surf and Dive for this quest.
To find this Medicine Seaweed, it is necessary to enter the east-most Dive spot of Route 124 and follow the path all the way to the north-westmost Dive spot. In it, the Medicine Seaweed will be a hidden item in the south-west corner, directly next to a brown-ish seashell.
With the Medicine Seaweed in hand, returning to Hiker Jiwan and giving it to him, he will reward the player with an Eviolite, a very handy held item.
The Mysterious Cultist is located slightly south-east of the Pokemart. Once in a while, a World Quest will be triggered, in which all players in the server must hunt a specific given Pokemon and sacrifice them to the Cultist. Scores are based on total IVs of the Pokemon, and both an individual and server scores are accumulated with each sacrificed Pokemon. Participation awards up to 2 Mysterious Tickets, depending on if individual and server quotas were reached.
